Forget the cheesy title, this package is the perfect introduction to kettlebell training…for men or women. It covers the basics and it is written for someone who wishes to begin the perfect workout for fat loss, lean muscle, stamina, and ultimate body fitness. I think the author did a great disservice with the title of the DVD/Book…this is no “ladies” program. Many men have used this introductory package, especially those who may not be athletic or in shape. I can’t reinforce it is the perfect book for anyone wanting to learn the basics of kettlebells by the individual who introduced this training to the United States. I also would review this package for anyone who needs the beginner lead to fitness.
Kettlebell training proves again to be the perfect all in one training and for anyone who may be thinking of a new year’s resolution to get back or get your body in shape…this is the program.
Pavel Tsatsouline is the leader and master of kettlebells and his books (all of them) and workshops are the benchmark for kettlebell training.
Save the money and buy the package. The book is a fabulous reference and the DVD is a great work out tool so that you see the moves executed in proper form.
