NB BNSF Lexington Ave. Norman, OK 10-28-06. Night.wmv
A northbound BNSF train passes through the Lexington Avenue grade crossing on a chilly October night, as the crossing gates light up the scene. Important to notice at the beginning of the video is the driver who decided to drive around the lowered crossing gates as the train was approaching. THIS IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF WHAT ***NOT*** TO DO AT A RAILROAD CROSSING!!! Not only was this highly illegal what this driver did, but it was also incredibly dangerous. This person is very lucky that their car did not stall on the tracks - they most likely would not have had enough time to get out of their car and get themselves safely off the tracks before the train got to the crossing. Remember the message of Operation Lifesaver: LOOK, LISTEN, and LIVE at railroad crossings, and NEVER EVER try to beat the train by driving around lowered crossing gates - even if you tie, you lose! Everyday in the United States, approximately every 90 minutes, somebody will do the same thing that this driver did, and won't end up as lucky as this driver was. (And then, there will be lawsuits against the railroad for an incident that was entirely THE DRIVER'S fault). Note that the striping on the gate is incorrect. The gate was installed upside down. FRA regulations require the stripes to be slanted towards the mast they're attached to, so that it tells drivers NOT to go around the gate. The stripes on this gate installation are leaning away from the mast, which says to an impatient driver (such as the one in this video) "Go around me!" BNSF should correct this at once.

Nice forex uptrend holding... but showing forex divergence. This indicates that as price continues up, weakness increases. Maybe not today, but a forex pull-back is becoming more likely as time goes by; perhaps at the 1.3200 double top? Pay close attention to the forex Pivots and forex Fibs.
